• Each item is handmade to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Shipping & Insurance

• Every package is automatically covered with USPS insurance.

• If your order arrives damaged, you can file a claim directly with USPS to receive reimbursement.

• We are happy to provide instructions, photos, or documentation to help you submit a claim.

Lost, Stolen, or Incorrectly Addressed Packages

• Wild West Creations is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered to an incorrect address.

• Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate (including apartment numbers, zip codes, etc.) at checkout.
